Amazon Gift Card Promotion

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 1, 2026  |  Expiration Date: May 31, 2026 (subject to extension)

1. Eligibility

This promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to new customers of Circle Lockers who have not previously used Circle Lockers' return services. Participation is limited to individual account holders aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Circle Lockers and their immediate family members are not eligible. Circle Lockers reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion is valid only during the period beginning on April 1, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on May 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), unless extended at Circle Lockers' sole discretion. Returns initiated or completed outside of the Promotion Period will not qualify for rewards under this Promotion. Circle Lockers reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Participate

To participate, eligible new customers must complete qualifying return transactions using Circle Lockers' return service during the Promotion Period. A "qualifying return" is defined as a fully completed return transaction processed through Circle Lockers. Returns that are cancelled, incomplete, or flagged as fraudulent will not qualify.

4. Reward Structure

• Tier 1 — $5 Amazon Gift CardComplete your first qualifying return with Circle Lockers and receive a $5 Amazon gift card.

• Tier 2 — $20 Amazon Gift CardComplete six (6) additional qualifying returns with Circle Lockers following your Tier 1 return (totaling seven qualifying returns) and receive a $20 Amazon gift card. Each reward tier may only be earned once per eligible customer. Reward tiers are not cumulative and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated by Circle Lockers.

5. Gift Card Delivery

Amazon gift cards will be delivered automatically to the email address associated with the participant's Circle Lockers account within seven (7) business days of the qualifying return being confirmed and verified. Circle Lockers is not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect or inactive email address. Participants are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.

6. Amazon Gift Cards

Amazon gift cards are issued by Amazon.com and are subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions, available at amazon.com/gc-legal. Circle Lockers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Gift cards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Circle Lockers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards once delivered.

7. Limitations

Rewards are limited to one (1) Tier 1 reward and one (1) Tier 2 reward per customer and per account. Circle Lockers reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion may result in disqualification and account suspension.

8. General Conditions

Circle Lockers reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice. Circle Lockers' decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying returns, and reward fulfillment are final and binding. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Participant information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used and protected in accordance with Circle Lockers' Privacy Policy, available at circlelockers.com/privacy-policy.
